We ship worldwide. Most orders (except for custom-made ones) will be dispatched in 7-10 business days once the payment is received. Products will be shipped by E-packet to US, Canada, Australia and United kindom,  usually customers in these countries will receive the package in 4-10 working days after shipping.  We will do our effort to make sure that customers could receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsibility for transit time.

 For costume-made products, it will take 3-10 days to make, time will be longer during Holloween time or festival time, Products  will be shipped by E-packet to US, Canada, Australia, France, Russia and United kindom, usually customers in these countries will receive the package in 7-10 working days after shipping.

 Packages shipped to the other countries will be shipped by EMS or DHL. Shipping time will be 7- 12 days. 

 If you need the item urgently and you are not in a country where packages shipped by UPS or DHL, you could also choose UPS, TNT or DHL for shipping. We will charge you some extra shipping cost, the extra shipping cost is calculated according to your detailed shipping address and the weight of your package. If you want to update the shipping method, please contact our customer service to get more information.

 In order to receive parcels successfully, please fill in your information correctly.

 Shipping cost will be shown before you submit the order, and the cost is depending on country as well as weight of the product. We provide combine shipping service for multiple purchase.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A:Items are usually shipped in 1-2 working days after payment received. 

We cooperate with China Post office,TNT, DHL,EMS,UPS etc., what's more, we can ship from USA, UK, France

Germany warehouse which will take less time to arrival. 

But it takes long time to some far away counties, such as Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, Ecuador, italy, Indonesia and so on

just be patiently ! To remoted area, we will charge more of the shipping fee.

 

if the customer pull back or bought the wrong item,want a full refund,if package is unsent, give a full refund;but once the parcel has been shipped out,

we are sorry you can not apply for a refund,except has not received or lost.

 

Q: If not satisfied with the product can return?

 

A: Of course, But all returned items must be:

 

      ● in new condition

 

      ● cannot be tried on or worn

 

      ● with all original packaging and tags attached

 

      ● sent back within 5 days of receipt

 

Items that do not meet these criteria will be charged a 50% fee OR you can opt to have the items sent back

Standard Domestic or International reshipping fees will be charged. 

Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back, otherwise retail value will be charged.
